By purchasing alcohol from our webshop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Age verification via MitID is required at checkout in accordance with Danish law. Orders placed by underage individuals will be cancelled.

We currently ship to Denmark and select European countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, unless otherwise stated.

All prices include Danish VAT. For international orders, additional customs duties or local taxes may apply — these are the responsibility of the buyer.

All products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that a purchased item is no longer in stock, we will notify you and issue a refund.

We take pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into every order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of many of our items (including food and alcohol), we are unable to accept returns, unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photographs. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
